Kingline Press Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1st January 2023
1. Scope This policy applies to all projects and products of Kingline Press, including but not limited to Ledex, MediaDuuka, School Empire, and The African Book.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Digital Products
- Orders for digital products (e.g., Subscriptions, Product purchases) can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund less transaction charges.
- No cancellations will be accepted after a digital product / service has been accessed or downloaded.
2.2 Physical Products
- Orders for physical products (e.g., printed books, electronics, merchandise) can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy below.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Digital Products
- Refunds for digital products will only be issued if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase and the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
3.2 Physical Products
- Refunds for physical products will be issued if the product is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
